NEXTBMS will take part in the Transport Research Arena (TRA) 2026, Europe’s leading conference on transport research and innovation. The event will be held from 18–21 May 2026 in Budapest, Hungary, and will bring together researchers, industry, policymakers, and civil society to explore the future of mobility and transport.
During the conference, Pegah Rahmani (VUB) will present a collaborative research paper developed together with UL and VUB. The oral presentation is scheduled for 18 May 2026 in a technical session.
The paper is titled:
“Enhancing battery diagnostics using On-Chip Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy.”
Authors:
Igor Mele, Pegah Rahmani, Samo Penič, Sajib Chakraborty, Omar Hegazy, and Tomaž Katrašnik.
The research focuses on advancing battery diagnostics through on-chip electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, offering new possibilities for improved accuracy, scalability, and real-time battery monitoring.
NEXTBMS is pleased to contribute to TRA 2026 and to the exchange of innovative research and ideas.
We look forward to seeing you in Budapest.
